About this House

Extremely well maintained 3 bedroom home on a quiet street. Loads of updates including in 2004 the roof, siding, enclosed soffits and windows were all replaced. In 2007 new furnance and A/C, 2010 new humidifier and in 2012 had entire duct system prof. cleaned. In 2005 all the flooring was replaced on main level, 2009 the entire lower level was remodeled, 2011 remodeled main flr bathroom, also in 2011 they had new 2 car wide driveway and sidewalk installed.     "OFallon is a great city with a small town feel. i feel safe here, feel safe to go to any part of OFallon. You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
