7) All applicants over the age of 18 must have a current/valid driver's license as we will make a copy of it during the application process.

8) You must be willing to sign the lease within 30 days of applying for the property, unless we approve otherwise for a longer time to move in.

9) If you have filed or discharged from bankruptcy within the last 7 years, a bigger security deposit may be required.

10) Your criminal / background check must pass. We use mysmartmove to process credit/background checks. If your credit is less than 650, a larger security deposit would be required.
