Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for normal upkeep and cleanliness of the property. Landlord is responsible for structural repairs and major appliance maintenance if provided by landlord.

Entry & Notice: Landlord will provide 24 hours written notice before entering the property, except in emergencies.

Background Check: Tenant has agreed to and will cover the cost of a background check and income verification as part of the application process.
