Pets: Pets are allowed. Pet rent of $50 $75/month per pet applies.

Parking: Parking is included.

Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for normal upkeep and cleanliness of the property. Landlord is responsible for structural repairs and major appliance maintenance if provided by landlord.

Entry & Notice: Landlord will provide 24 hours written notice before entering the property, except in emergencies.
