Bedroom 3 is located just off the kitchen (not in the hallway). While it is large enough to place a full-size bed, dresser and nightstand, it could make a great nursery space. We used it as our homeschool room. The wide closet was great for those supplies.

The brand-new double car port keeps you dry during the rain.

Hardwood floors (bedrooms, dining room & office) & hard Armstrong laminate (kitchen, den & utility).

Utility area behind louvered doors has enough room for not only the water heater, washer, & dryer but also an upright freezer and built-in pantry shelves.

Front plant beds are unplanted and ready for you to fill with your choice of shrubs and flowers.

Safe and quiet family friendly neighborhood suitable for walking and bike riding. Centrally located for quick & easy access to all shopping, schools and churches.

Enjoy extra storage in the decked attic space with pulldown step access in hallway ceiling.

Because the deck is brand new, we had not completed the installation of the rails at the time of the photos. However, these will be in place by the time you’re ready to move in.
