Room Description

Hello there,

 I am looking for a few students, Masters or PhD preferred, who are going to UD. I have three rooms available in a Madison house. The bathroom is upstairs and kitchen is on the main floor. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, range and large fridge. Each room comes with a bed and dresser with a closet as well. It has a washer and dryer in unit. Last but not least, there is FREE PARKING, including off street parking. This is really rare in Newark. Utilities are not included and average around $100-$110 per month split between tenants.

The neighborhood is less than a mile from University of Delaware. A six minute walk from the back door is the West Loop bus that runs into Smith Hall every 30 minutes.

The lease will run from August 15th, 2026 to August 14, 2027. I ask for a deposit, first and last month rent and a utility/key deposit. Utilities are around $100-110 a month though they will be lower in fall and spring and higher in winter and summer. There are unrelated tenants so there is a rotating cleaning schedule to keep common areas clean.
