Recently updated, first floor, one bedroom unit in Noank. New bathroom, new oven and refrigerator. Freshly painted. The living room has pocket doors that can be closed to use it as another bedroom. Vinyl and wood flooring. Shared laundry in the basement, that is accessible through a bulkhead and a door in the walk in closet. Rent includes heat and water. Tenant pays for electricity and cable/internet if wanted. There is an initial free application that asking about work and rental history that needs to be filled out prior to scheduling a showing. After seeing the apartment, each adult needs to pay a $48 fee for a criminal, credit and eviction background check. I do not accept tenants with a criminal history or an eviction.

Tenant pays for electricity usage. If the tenant wants cable or internet, they setup the accounts on their own. Landlord pays for heat and water.
