Description

Paradise in the mountains! This ski-lodge style home features sun-drenched rooms, waterproof wood flooring and recessed lighting throughout. There's an eat-in-kitchen with butcher block countertops, dishwasher, a gas stove, a french door refrigerator which are all stainless steel. Included are 3 bedrooms with plenty of natural light and closet space. There's an updated bathroom with pedestal sink and soaker tub, and a pocket door.

Grab that glass of wine and enjoy those Catskill Mountain views on your oversized wooden deck. When it gets cold outside, fire up that wood burning fireplace and curl up up with some hot cocoa and a good book. But don't forget to bring your hiking boots because that's right, there's a state park in your backyard for those spring time hikes. OH - and I forgot - have more than one car? No problem! This driveway can comfortably fit a large army tank.
Have pets? All are welcomed and the large yard is fenced in!

Available by 10/1/24, possibly sooner. One month's rent and one month security deposit due at least signing. Credit check and references needed.

Tenant pays for electric and gas. First month's rent and one month security deposit due at lease signing. No smoking in the house. All Pets welcomed.

"We have the best of both worlds here. We feel removed and secluded but can walk to everything. We definitely love our new neighborhood and neighbors. "
  • Buildeng

  • Mosleggs

  • Sherrisehicks
"Play dates , Girl Scout events. Movie night with friends. Hanging at each other’s houses playing games"
  • C.o.jrod3542
"Family oriented..quiet and secure. Enjoyable all year round with my local activities. The Monroe Public library and movie theater are easily accessible. "
  • Christine G. K.
"I work in town so therefore I drive 10 miles to work everyday. There is public transportation to NYC which is 50 miles from town. "
  • Nvdiaz0120
"My commute is great, I work opposite direction of everyone else (NW) so 17 is clear. WoodBury Commons area a bit congested but they are doing road work to help."
  • Patricia
"The neighborhood that I live in is very private. We all keep to ourselves, but we know each other and we are all around to lend a helping hand."
  • Traci D.
"I have lived here for almost two years and it is a great neighborhood for children; a community of families. Somewhat secluded but also very close to shopping and schools. "
  • Pixiecrumbs
"I love how diverse it is. I also love how convenient it is to shop. Target, Walmart, old navy, all in the area. A bunch of Grocery stores and Mom and pop shops. Very close to thruway and transportation to city. "
  • Cferraro311
"I’ve lived here for over thirty years and it is a great community with many friendly people. I would recommend any growing family to live in Monroe. "
  • jfforests
"A great area for walkers! I was so fit when I used to live in this area with its pleasant parks and a classic Main Street with fun shops, sweet people, neighborhood library, etc. Walking to the Shortline commuter bus, or the short drive to the train is so handy and stress free. Crane Park is just across 17M and is convenient for children, and I liked to jog around the lakes by the Mill Pond, or the rail trails towards Museum Village and the O&R lakes. Additionally, Smith Clove Park is about a mile away. Monroe Diner was like a second home and the medical services on Gilbert St. and Shoprite shopping center make it possible to live without a car. Sorry I had to leave it for an out-of-state job. It's rare to find something so close to NYC (c. 1 hr.) yet having the best of small town life."
