An additional two bedrooms, bath, and skylit common area are on the third floor, accessible via stairs to first-floor living area (the third floor is not a separate unit and has no kitchen). Top floor utilities are included.
First floor unfurnished, third floor has a double bed in each bedroom. We can move them if needed, but renters would be welcome to use them.
