Fantastic location is close to Flat Iron Mesa Park, shopping and recreation center. Great local schools that belong to Canyons school district are nearby. The house is in a friendly established neighborhood. Also it closes to local private schools. Low maintenance landscaping, neutral colors.

The renter required pay for the water, sewer, gas, garbage, electricity and is responsible for all yard work.
No smoking please.
We allow cats and dogs with breed and weight restrictions. Cat's MUST be litter box trained. We allowed Maximum 2 animals per unit. Monthly animal rent is $35 per animal. Animal deposit is $300 nonrefundable for one pet and $500 nonrefundable for 2 animals.
