These are the Actual Lease Terms and Rent Fees: The house is leased for 36 months, the first year lease is $2079 per month and security deposit is $4158. However, the 2nd year lease is $2039 and 3rd year Lease is $1999 and the Security deposit stays at $4158.
Renter/Tenant pays all utilities bills and Fees.
The late fees and penalties, if the rent is paid after the 2nd day of the month, the late fee is 10 percent of the rent amount plus $50 per day for each day that the rent is late.

Parking rules-Tenant may be permitted more than 2 vehicles (The size and type of vehicles has to be approved by Property Management.)
No Smoking will be allowed.
Renter/Tenant at Tenant's expense will maintain the yards, trim and cut the shrubs, trees, vegetation and provide lawn maintenance as needed.
