Pets:
Tenant permitted up to 2 cats and/or 1 small dog 40 lbs.

Pets allowed with prior approval. Pet deposit: $500 and monthly pet rent: $25/pet.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking allowed inside the property.

Occupancy Limits:
Maximum occupancy: 6 persons. Only approved tenants may reside at the property. Exceptions to this if the persons are children.

Alterations:
No alterations, painting, or modifications without written landlord consent.

Renter's Insurance:
Tenant required to maintain renter's insurance during the lease term.

Entry & Inspections:
Landlord may enter the property with proper notice (typically 24 hours) for inspections, repairs, or showings.
