Lease Term: One year

Pet Policy: Up to 1 pet may be allowed (dogs up to 25 lbs, no cats), but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power, water, sewer, natural gas, refuse and internet/cable if desired.

Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.

    "I live close to the bike path. A lot of druggie/homeless persons in the area. My car has been broken into, my bike was stolen off the second story balcony. Neighbors for the most part ok. But others are in your personal business. "

    "I have lived in the Westmoreland area for 2.5 years and I love it! It's quiet, which is my favorite part. 18th is busy, but once you get about a block away, the noise isn't bad. I walk around the neighborhoods nearby a lot with my dog, even in the dark. I feel safe and a lot of the people are very friendly. You can feel secluded, or you can take a quick walk to the store or a restaurant a few minuets away by car. Most properties are well kept and a few even decorate for the holidays."
