About this House

Rarely is a property like this available to rent. The rent includes basic pool service for a 6 Bedrooms home on 3+ acres, 3 Baths, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Pool, Jetted Tub, Garden Area. Landscaped back yard is fully fenced. Stainless steel kitchen appliances. Washer/Dryer. 2 large Decks one off the kitchen, and one off the master bedroom with stairs to the pool and Jacuzzi area. 2 Car Garage and plenty of parking on property for additional cars or toys. In the Northshore School District with Fernwood Elementary and North Creek High School, just around the block. Good access to 405 and I-5. While the home is situated in a very convenient location in a popular growing part of the Bothell area, it still feels like secluded countryside on site. Pets on a case by case basis. The home has an open welcoming feel. It's a great place for a family to come home and relax.
The lease is for 1 year. I am selling the property to developers but they will not take possession for at least another year, and in reality it will probably be 18 to 24 months. If they don't take possession after 1 year we can go month to month for a while if you like, I am flexible.
There is no last months rent required but a $4400 security/damage deposit is due upon signing a lease.

Rent Includes basic pool service. Pets on a case by case basis.

"painstakingly commute to Seattle. highway congested in the morning and evenings and public transit has insufficient parking. "
  • Brynnamariee
"family neighborhood with a large busy street with terrible traffic. great school district and veryneasy bus line."
  • Alexis P.
"I work 2.7 miles from my home. There are 5 stop lights between here and my work, and most of them take several long minutes to change. There is a light that sometimes takes a full 15 minutes to get through because of the timing of the lights. Otherwise the area and commute are nice. "
  • Snbbrown18
"Close to 405 freeway. Drive into downtown Seattle. Traffics spikes during rush hours but a quick commute off hours. "

"I see lots of dog owners taking their dogs for walks. And there’s always parents passing by with kids, or people jogging/walking doing exercises up and doing the hill. "
  • Ruben H.
"It quiet and well kept, the neighbors are nice and get along well. There easily accessible places like restaurants, shops, and bus stations"
  • Krista B.
"I have lived in Bothell for 18 years. It’s a nice place to live. Most people are friendly, very family oriented neighborhoods. My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
  • Angela F.
"The Neigbors and the peaceful place is a good place to live here, and the big yards and the school are near "
  • Vanessaretallick
"There are nearby art fairs, fundraisers, summertime concerts, outdoor movies. These are my personal favorites "
  • Tony B.
"Block party. Super fun, great bands, great beers. Not a bad price for what you get at all. I love Bothell and all it has to offer these days."
  • William C.
"Lot of space to walk dogs and lot of green belt areas . The side walks are also well maintained and safe "
  • Cyndi M.
"Love the community feel here. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Downtown Bothell has been renovated and it’s a fun place to relax and enjoy the community fun!"
  • Mooretwin
"There are sidewalks, lit streets and doggy poop bags at all mailboxes to ensure poop pick up. The houses are close together so you hear dogs bark"
  • Courtney M.
"lots of very dog reactive dogs left in yards or at least have constant access to the yard to be able to flip out whenever you walk by their fence with your dog on the sidewalk. maybe that's just the immediate neighbors around us. "
  • Chuck Bungles
"We have neighborhood swing parties, and Hawaiian barbecues all the time. Best neighbors ive ever had!"
  • Nvchrysalis
"Nice quiet neighborhood. Mostly doesn’t have sidewalks - so difficult for nighttime walks. Pet friendly. 4 th of July you can watch fireworks for hours"
