"I have lived here in this town all my life. It's a busy town with a lot of historical places and events. The public transit is a great way to get where you need to go as long as it's in the town limits. For the most part the neighbors are friendly and businesses continue to grow. We have a excellent public library and many great schools which are safe. If you are not a resident at least come for a visit. I feel lucky to be able to say how much I love this area and am able to pass it on to the public of what a great town this truly is."
  • Christopher Robin H.
"*very* historic. southern hospitality, aged like fine bourbon. the architecture and history alone should draw one here. like someone took pages from a story book and coagulated them into an IV drip. Virginia's left-leaning policies mixed with a(n) historic neighborhood way of life. All the amenities one would expect from an old/new town. up and coming/old-world mixture of staple, country way if life vane wave capitalism. Close enl8gjt to the border(s) of several main hubs that it's location is ideal as f[expletive]."
  • Nicole M.
"Walking their dog around the streets. The shade provided from trees along the streets. The people that you meet along the way. "
