About this House

This is a large, comfortable, open floor plan house set in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the woods and sunset. The property is located approximately 4 minutes from the local highway, but set atop a hilly, wooded neighborhood, so there are no views or sounds of traffic. A quick 10-minute drive takes you to the local shopping center containing a Target, Home Depot, and multiple restaurants. The main living area is on the upper floor, which boasts a wide open floor plan and vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The upper floor contains the master bedroom with luxurious master bath with large soaking tub and large walk-in closet, as well as a separate full bath for guests, with another large guest bedroom with recessed ceilings. The lower level has plenty of open living area as well, with a large TV and curved, reclining, electric leather sofa. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the lower level with a large full bath. There is plenty of parking on the large driveway, as well as a 2-car garage. There is also a massive deck with a built in stone firepit in the backyard, perfect for entertaining or relaxing while surrounded by nature.

The house includes a natural gas powered backup generator. Even when power is down you can be surfing the web or streaming your favorite shows from your fully functional home while the rest of the region is in the dark!
