The lower level has plenty of open living area as well, with a large TV and curved, reclining, electric leather sofa. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the lower level with a large full bath. There is plenty of parking on the large driveway, as well as a 2-car garage. There is also a large deck with a firepit in the backyard, perfect for entertaining or relaxing while surrounded by nature.
The house includes a natural gas powered backup generator. Even when power is down you can be surfing the web or streaming your favorite shows from your fully functional home while the rest of the region is in the dark!
