Homes built in 2004 and 2005, you won't find lots of this size in new construction much anymore. It may not seem big, but it's much bigger than most of the new homes being built in the general area. Less than 10 minutes to I-405 or I-5 and about 5 minutes to the Mill Creek Town Center. Close to everything.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
