East side new wood privacy fence and fence on back side with large back yard and fire pit area. Home is clean and like new. Allow a small dog less than 40 lbs. (with nonrefundable pet fee of $200 and pet addendum to lease). Background check and 600 or higher credit score required for lease acceptance. Includes lessee doing gate checks each night. Optional: If you are Christian and interested in hosting foreign exchange students, they are vetted and pay $50 per week for groceries (let us know if you're interested in that option).
