Appliances include stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, in-sink disposal, and washer/dryer. Built in ceiling surround sound speakers in living room and den. No AC, but Tankless water heater and wall unit heating.

Nice friendly neighborhood with great neighbors near Stub Hub Center. Close to Victoria Park. Easy access to 91, 405, 110 freeways. It's about 15 miles to downtown. Gardening service, sewer, and trash included.
