About this House

Peaceful, well appointed, furnished studio apartment on no outlet street with jaw dropping views of the city. It is hard to find an apartment that is within walking distance of downtown, yet is still a relaxed and quiet street. Perfect for traveling professionals or simply someone looking for a new start without having to spend money on furnishing an apartment, this unit comes equipped with media stand with storage, TV, cookware, linens, etc. and a shared laundry space off apartment. (The last several renters have preferred their own bed, so I did away with the sofa bed. If you are a traveler and need a bed, I can provide one.) This is on the lower lever of my house that I live in; I am mostly on second and third floor; making this a quiet space with very little overhead foot traffic. Centrally located with many hospitals nearby, making it perfect for healthcare travelers! Minutes from UC or P&G downtown, this is a wonderful hidden gem of a street!

Utilities included. Wi-Fi included. Shared laundry space included. I love animals, but this is a studio apartment and not enough space for a pet. Please no smoking cigarettes indoors. The lease length is negotiable. I am open to anywhere from 3 months to a year lease. Street parking on a safe, secluded, no outlet street, so no through traffic. Private entrance for the renter with private deck.
