    "This is a lovely mature neighborhood. They take care and pride in their yards and the holidays. Great streets with little traffic gear for walking pets and kids. Close to trails and parks and kid friendly. We love our area and help each other regularly. "

    "Very good mixture of individual homes. No cookie cutter tye homes. Neighborly, but not intrusive. Some nice hills, but nothing too steep. GREAT trees and some good places to walk. Good schools from K-12. This was THE place in the sixties and many want to come back due to proximity to healthcare, resteraunts and stores. "
