Private room with separate keyed door lock (and shared living spaces) for rent in Lancaster, Ohio on the North side of town. Wi-fi and utilities included. Shared bathroom (with plans for basement second bath to be finished). Real wood flooring throughout main level (kitchen is vinyl), carpet basement in finished areas. Shared space includes: bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry space, and two separate living spaces in finished basement. Background check will be required at applicant's cost. This is a week-to-week lease. This makes it easier for all parties involved and provides more flexibility. The weekly rate of $175 is due every Friday. Basic utility costs are included in the weekly rate (providing there is no severe increase in utility usage/costs). There is no smoking on property, including vaping (that includes the rented room), outside of the following permissions: Any form of smoking will be outdoors, disposed of in a proper single fire-proof receptacle, at a predetermined location that will not move. No pets are preferred. Renter responsibilities include properly maintaining rented room space (clean, no trash, no damage, etc) as well as cleaning up after oneself in shared spaces. Assisting in upkeep and cleaning of shared spaces is also required.

    "I am near everything in my community. If I can't get to ut by walking or driving, the bus is on its first stop in my area and starts at 8am. This area isn't to bad but I would nit recommend my apartments to anyone. They are invested with drugs, bugs and and slum lords. But the houses and area around are very decent."

    "I’ve lived in this area from birth until 19 or 20 I moved away for about 15 years maybe a few more growing up it was a safe area neighbors friendly could leave your door unlocked I would not really be able to say the same now as most of small town USA it has been taken over by drug pushers and users this area is known for methamphetamine use and manufacturing wish it was how I remember it growing up but I still wouldn’t say it’s the worst area it’s just not as wholesome as it once was"
