About this House

The Master bedroom is available and that comes with the upstairs. You'll have a private bathroom, den, and two closets. One being a walk in. Downstairs we have shared spaces like the kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, and backyard. This is right between Eugene and Springfield so travel times around town are always short

Utilities are on renters and are split. There are two driveway spots and lots of street parking. There is a garage that can be used for parking but is currently storage. That can be discussed. Utilities typically come out to about $150-$200 a month before it's split. I do have one dog currently. He is a 6 year old golden retriever. He can get along with just about anyone and any house pet.

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
