About this House

Roommate Wanted for Charming Boulder Home

Hi, I'm David, and I'm looking for a new roommate to share my home in Boulder. I've lived here for 14 years and have really settled into the area. The house is in a fantastic central location, just a short walk from Pearl Street, and has easy access to all of Boulder's main attractions.

The lease would be from June 1, 2025 June 1, 2026, and I'm hoping to find someone who can commit for at least a year. The house is 900 sq ft, with two bedrooms one is mine and the other could be yours. There's also a basement where I keep my office and musical equipment. The backyard is a hidden gem with a fairy garden and creek, almost as big as the house itself. The driveway can accommodate two cars, and parking is easy.

The house is fully furnished, and I do love animals, but unfortunately, the landlord has a no-pet policy. Also, the house doesn't have laundry or a dishwasher, but there's a laundromat nearby. Rent is separate from bills (internet, trash, electricity, water), and I handle all the bills upfront, splitting them evenly at the end of each month.

The room is lively facing the sun rise and set. Nice lighting during the days. Has closet and spacious room for bed and desk if needed. Storage area for items and stuff you may have. There is also room in the basement for a desk set up as well that I leave open for incoming roommates.

One year lease signing, but would like to find someone who would be wiling to stay 2 years or longer. NO pets. Deposit needed for landlord. Must work and be able to pay rent and bills. Respectful and fun.
