About this House

Beautiful home in the great location of Holladay. The mother in law basement is newly and fully remodeled in 2023 with brand new appliances, carpet, and amenities. It is a 3 minute drive to the freeway and the neighborhood is amazing. I am the owner and will live upstairs. The basement has a completely separate entrance in the back and it also includes a huge shared patio in the backyard.

Utilites are included in the rent, so I the owner will cover the utilities. Parking will be on the street (there is room for 3 cars in front of the house). Minimum lease length is 12 months. Tenants will not be responsible for any yard upkeep as well.

    "I've lived here in holladay for years now. I've seen it change for good and bad. The neighborhoods are great, safe and quiet. Unfortunately the apartment living is just the opposite. Noise, junker cars, unleashed dogs, garbage and police presence. Buy a home here but don't rent an apartment."
