- No subletting, lease assignment, alterations, or additions (including painting or installing fixtures) are allowed without prior written owner approval.
- The owner reserves the right to enter the premises with prior notice for inspections, repairs, or to show the property to prospective tenants or buyers, with at least 24-48 hours' notice.
- At the end of the lease, the tenant must professionally clean the carpets, restore the home to its original condition, and vacate the premises by 8:00 a.m. on the final lease day.
- If the lease is not renewed, the tenant agrees to vacate the property by the lease end date and return all keys and access devices.
- The tenant agrees to abide by all city and state ordinances and to keep the premises in compliance with health and safety regulations.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
