"I drive to work, and walk to school. It’s easy to get where I need to go. I feel it’s a safe neighborhood - it’s much safer feeling that south of center street. "
  • Fourfunkids
"This neighborhood is full of children who play outside, which seems to be rare these days. There is a large, beautiful park nearby that much of the neighborhood uses. You won’t find a friendlier place to live. "
  • deb j.
"I live in this area and it is quiet, clean and quite beautiful. Walkability is great, views are spectacular and there is a great mix of older and younger families. It is convenient to downtown, University Mall, the recreation center, hiking trails and bike paths. "
