About this House

Quiet street in West Bishop. Furnished, available May-October, flexible, but will prioritize finding someone to stay the longest duration. When messaging, tell me which months you want to stay.

Right at the edge of town with easy access to the high Sierra and Manor Market. Plenty of cooling options (2 mini splits and a swamp cooler) plus shady yard hangs with canal. Storage shed for all your mountain toys. It's been really nice and we'll miss it and our awesome neighbors while we're gone these months! The landlords live next door and we like them a lot.

If you want to tour, message with a time between noon and 7pm on a weekday.

Furnished, available May-October, or flexible (message me). Utilities are covered except you pay electricity by usage, and optional internet (we're currently getting 2gb fiber from Frontier that's been working well). Happy to store any furniture you don't want, just let me know. The pics aren't a complete representation of what will be available as I didn't completely clear our personal belongings, ask if you really want to make sure a furnishing will remain. No cats unless you promise to clean the cat out of the carpet (my partner is allergic). Dog ok, just know there's a lot of dogs close by and no fence so reactive dogs might not have a great time. No smoking (allergies).

Round Valley School District is amazing and has won awards for top CA schools. The weather is wonderful, this area have 360 days a year of sunshine. Summer warmth and cool evening. Winters are mild with very little snow. Snow is within 15 minutes if you enjoy winter skiing snowshoeing ect. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and area. I have lived here for over 20 years."
