I'm a young professional in my mid-30s, very clean and respectful. I spend most of my free time gaming on my PC, kayaking, floating the river, and relaxing with movies and music. I'm laid back and generally keep to myself, but I'm always open to hanging out and chatting if we vibe.
 One private bedroom for rent
 Shared bathroom
 Limited storage (maybe a few boxes in the garage), so this is best if you don't have a ton of belongings
Location
Conveniently located right off I-35, with groceries, restaurants, and essentials all within about a 10-minute drive.
Pets
I have a 13-year-old dog who lives here.

 Open to 1 additional dog (subject to compatibility), with a $500 non-refundable pet fee
