    "This is a wonderful area in the San Francisco Bay Area. The moment one hits the Alameda border, the speed limit goes down to 25 mph along with your blood pressure. The schools are some of the best in CA, If you want to be active outside, there is a huge golf complex, wonderful bike riding trails, along with walking trails, along with beaches along the bay. The restaurants in Alameda are very diverse and excellent. You don't have to leave the city to go out. Another big event is the 4th of July Parade. It's the best in the USA. If you are from Alameda, you are either in it or at it!"
