2010 built condo. located in Milpitas, 5 mins to Costco, Hmart, Sprouts, Ranch 99, Great Mall. Two parking provided in the garage. there is community parking but if you park over night, need to register.
There is 1 master room, 2 guest rooms, 2 bathrooms. Location is very safe and quiet.
We prefer to rent to the person who has stable income. If students, please provide the band statement to provide you can cover the 1 year rent cost.

The monthly rental fee is $3400. renter responsible for utilities. we live 40 mins away, we prefer tenants can deal with small issues themselves (e.g., fixing lights). two tandem parking spots in the garage. the community has parking spots but you need to register online (for free). High school is Milpitas High and the score is 10. Please prepare your credit score and annual income when applying.
No pets allowed.

Trader Joe's , Great Mall, and many parks are close by and it's very safe. Only Main Street remains an eyesore."

    "It’s decent taking the 880 fwy but it can get congested. I have even taken the streets some days to and/or from work. With traffic it is about a 25-30 minute commute. Without traffic it is less than 15 minutes."

    "It’s all cemented for a brisk walk around this neighborhood, atleast that’s how I feel with my feet already being tired as they do, the concrete only makes the reality of fatigue all the more real.. if you ask me, a decent park that’s animal friendly is all my dog & I would ever welcome & need because he’s worth it.."
