"Very family friendly! Reasonable HOA. Near everything!! KRT does come to the nearby Sheetz .2 miles away and goes toward Charleston. "

"There is a dog park and lots of other dog owners. Also, a nice and safe area to walk. Some owners do not put their poop baggies in a trash bin."

"The neighborhood is safe for children and it is a good area to walk and bike. The area also has a park-like feel and friendly neighbors. I think it has one of the best locations in the Valley too. "

"Nice safe area for families. Cobblestone is out of the high traffic areas and easy access on I-64 to Charleston and Huntington. Great place for walking and neighborhood also has wooded walking trails. "

"Get out and walk, hike, run the dogs. Well maintained sub-division that really cares about each other and their community. Excellent location within Scott Depot area, easy acces to I64\35, right off of Terays Valley, straight shot to schools, shopping whatever you want or need. "
