3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, two story w/ 2 car garage. Separate formal living/dining and family rooms. Master has large bathroom and large walk-in closet. Both "kids" rooms are oversized with bay windows. Eat in kitchen is very large for a home this size. Wood-burning ireplace. A/C unit is relatively new and utility bills here have been surprisingly low (and we keep the house COOL!). Rental of the property includes use privileges of the resort quality Val Vista Lakes clubhouse (google "Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse Images"). Miles of meandering bike and walk paths, greenbelts and parks. Elementary school is right in the subdivision.

Tenant pays electric, water & trash. Monthly RENT INCLUDES USE OF COVETED VAL VISTA LAKES CLUBHOUSE (Beach pool, heated Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, indoor four wall glass raquet ball courts, cardio and weight gyms, and other resort quality amenities).
