About this House

Looking for someone to sublet (lease takeover) my LoHi apartment from April 1 - December 10! (Potential flexibility to start late March as well.)

Amazing natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, great view, extremely spacious 1BR (805 sq ft) with tons of storage, in-unit laundry, quiet, light floors, dark cabinets, white countertops, stainless steel appliances.

: Incredible location with views and walking distance to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping!
: Walking distance to the stadiums! 1 mile from Coors Field + McGregor's Square, 1.5 miles from Empower Field
: Direct easy highway access to I-25

The complex is Centric at LoHi and this is an A4 unit. Great amenities, pool, gym, in-unit laundry, pets allowed, garage parking and storage available onsite. High security and separate package room.

Apartment will be unfurnished; however, there is an opportunity to buy furniture pieces if interested! Including: TV, bookcase in living room, TV stand, dressers, standing desk, couch and more!

I hate to give up this space and location and would love it to go to a good tenant. Please message me if interested!
