About this House

This is not a rental agency, this is my family home. It is near flawless and I am looking for a tenant that will take care of my property. You need decent credit and good rental standing / history.

3-bedroom, 2 Bath Home with 2 Car Garage that sits on a half-acre. It has been completely remodeled last year with new appliances. It had a complete new roof installed 2 years ago. This home has central air and heating with all new ducting and ceiling fans in each room. It has a U shaped driveway for easy access, a large covered patio and a 30 foot covered RV storage parking space (would cost you a couple hundred if you had to rent it somewhere else). Please note that I will not allow the property to be used as a storage yard or supply yard for business. Parking must be on designated concrete areas (there is plenty of parking). The house also has a lot of cupboards in the garage to store your items. There is a shed in back as well for you to use for storage such as bicycles etc.

The house is located on Redding but the drive way is on Peach halfway between Main and Ranchero. Ranchero has been widened to a 4 lane road most of the way from the 15 freeway to the street on which the house is located. You are able to avoid the Main street traffic all together which makes a faster commute over the hill if needed.

Sorry, no pets and non-smoking home. We may allow a small hypoallergenic pet.

Annual lease $2600 per month, $2600 security deposit. $5200 move in total on approved credit. Additional paid months up front may help if you have questionable items on your credit etc.

This home is our family home and as clean and nice as you can get without being new. I am looking for someone who will keep it that way. Some outside yard maintenance is required.
