3 bedroom, 1 bath in quiet area with two extra carpeted bonus rooms off back. Wood stove insert in living room fireplace. Large covered patio area in back, one car garage and carport. No pets allowed.This property is currently vacant and viewable during business hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM - 4PM. Keys can be checked out to view a vacant property and must be returned to our office by 4:30pm. the same day. We hold $20.00 in cash or a credit/debit card until the key is returned to us. I find needles in the park and laundry mat. stay far far away."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "

    "I am retired and drive in when I need to. The commute to Springfield downtown is about 10minutes and the commute to Eugene is 15 to 20. Also about 20 minutes to drive up the river to camping, fishing, kayaking, etc."
