NOTE - Zillow does not allow me to select a lease term of 3 months, but that is what I am looking for. Could possibly be open to a lease through October 2026 (4 months).
This is my personal home that I have lived in for over 5 years. I work from home and I will be taking advantage of that flexibility to travel for the summer with my 2 dogs. I want to be sure that my home is well maintained while I am away, as such, I am looking for highly responsible, clean, and reliable individuals. This is a 2-bedroom house; however, I will have one bedroom locked the entire summer as I plan to store all of our personal belongings in there while we are away. Guests will have the remainder of the house all to themselves. I will ask all applicants to submit an application to do a thorough background check. No smokers.
This cozy home features 1 queen bed and 1 bath. The home is fully furnished with laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, doggie door, and fully fenced spacious backyard. The backyard has a covered patio, outdoor seating, Traeger smoker grill, and firepit. There is no grass in the backyard, just small pebble rock.
The bedroom provides a queen bed, black out curtains, a standing desk, a walking treadmill (stored under the bed), closet with hangers, and a 5 drawer dresser.
One of the main reasons I love my home is due to its location! It is centrally located given its proximity to multiple hospitals, grocery stores, and great restaurants. It is a short drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and is literally right off of the 51 highway for easy access to the entire valley. My neighbors are all respectful and quiet and I hope to have guests that maintain the peacefulness of our street.
