Nice rural feel to the property but close to downtown Fallbrook. Detached two car garage with plenty of parking on a long driveway.

Owner pays propane and trash. Renter pays electricity and water. First months rent and deposit due at the one year lease signing. Renter takes care of the lot. Plenty of room due to the large lot. Available on July 3rd. I'm out of the country right now so no pictures yet but feel free to drive by for an exterior look. Do not knock on the door and disturb the tenant.
