"There’s a good piece of grass near the parking area for your pet to run around. There’s always construction and people are constantly walking through the property. I hear dogs barking at them all the time. "
  • Rosson Brooks
"Dog poop is a big problem. Even when bags and dog poop cans people leave an absurd amount of dog poop everywhere"
  • Trulia User
"Everyone walks their dogs daily in our neighborhood. There are pet clean up stations in and around the neighborhood park. There is close access to a nature boardwalk for extended walks. "
  • Trulia User
"its good, just keep your dog on a leash. People bring untrained dogs into common areas and disrupt a lot. "
  • Cymry R.
"as a dog owner, I love this neighborhood. Tons of green area, parks and paths. not to mention many wonderful vets, dog shops and services."
  • Junior77guerrero

  • Willowbze18
"We see people walking dogs all the time. Lots of nice grassy areas. Also they provide areas to pick up and dispose of the pop."
  • Desisweari
"I've lived here for over 10years. The community is great & people are friendly. Beaverton is a lovely area."
  • Teri D.
"I've lived here for 14 years, it's forever my home. I've never once been scared or threatened and that makes for a peaceful and easy living!"
  • Linda
"We purchased a home here May this year (2010). We moved here from Wisconsin. During the last 5 years, we looked at houses when we visited Portland. When we discovered this neighborhood, we were hopeful that we could find something. When our home came on the market, we were thrilled to be able to make and offer and purchase it. This location is very convenient to the freeway, shopping, and employers. The neighborhood is consistently well maintained. There are sidewalks and nature paths and a private neighborhood lake and park. It is just a beautiful neighborhood. Homes sizes and lot sizes are varied. We wanted a small yard and got it, but there are many homes with larger yards. A great place to live. I understand the schools are good, but we don't have kids in school so I did not rate them. "
