Description

Here is an opportunity to own in the next biggest upcoming neighborhood in Queens. Ridgewood was ranked the #4 coolest neighborhoods to move in to in Time Out Magazine. Mixing the cool of Bushwick & Williamsburg & suburban life of Maspeth and Middle Village Ridgewood, Queens embodies that right amount of hustle and bustle with pockets of suburban life. Within the past couple of years small cafes, mom and pop shops have been popping up left and right. One of the main commercial strips is Myrtle Ave & Wyckoff Ave which is a direct central transportation hub into Manhattan. Within close proximity you can find any kind of food your heart desires. 1830 Madison Street is located several blocks away from the main Myrtle commercial strip.1 apartment is free market. The remaining apartments are rent stabilized. For further property details please contact me at nine1seven4ninesix5eight3eight.

"Getting to the city on the M train is not easy. The M is unreliable, often making me wait 10-15 min during rush hour. I’d rather walk 12 min to the L,which is more crowded but more reliable."

"Ridgewood is very safe. I feel at home living here. Is getting too expensive though in terms of rent. When the M train works normally is ideal but that's not always the case. Convenient for food shopping. There are lots of options. Although it has gotten better with cafes and reastaurants, that's an area where this neighbourhood needs inprovement. Overall I highly reccommend it. "
