Description

Both bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs while the main floor features a living room, kitchen with an eating area, 1/2 bath, and a closet with a washer and dryer. The backyard is fenced and private and looks up to a natural area with bushes and trees, including raspberries, pears, and apples. One covered parking space and enough off-street parking for two more vehicles.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water/sewer/trash. Tenant is also responsible for maintaining the backyard, keeping it free of weeds and debris.

Two small dogs or one larger one are permitted, but having a pet requires an extra $200 security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent.

Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."

I have 3 kids and it has been a great area to raise my kids. Our neighbors are great. We take walks throughout neighborhood and love seeing our neighbors out and about.
