"The community has grown a lot since 2020 with new places to eat and new shopping centers. This town is great but it’s also what you make it. "
  • Tonygibsoneventsdude
"There are a large number of regular dog walkers on the trail in our subdivision. We enjoy talking with them."
  • Sunnie Dorsey
"There are a lot of dogs running around off leash! It can be annoying when you are trying to walk safely."
  • Tonygibsoneventsdude
"Picturesque and beautiful are two words that come to mind. We are often telling friends about how blessed we are to live here."
  • Trulia User
"We have three beautiful parks where crackheads do tend to be but there still beautiful. Just don’t go alone!"
  • Shesouthard
"I’ve lived here for 11 years. It’s a nice small town. Easy to be involved in local groups and activities if you want to be."
  • Shesouthard
"No sidewalks, which means you are usually walking at the edge of the street. Not a lot of heavy traffic so that’s not a huge problem. Most people don’t pick up their dog’s waste. There is a dog park in town!"
  • Bobbie B.
"This is a small town with small town charm. Has multiple large chain restaurants, two shopping centers. It is also a college town. "
  • Bobbie B.
"small town with small town feel. people are friendly. not far from big cities. beautiful parks. lot of history."
  • Billy D.
"It’s not bad. I mean it’s Ada, America. The town’s not very large, so the commute is normally not bad no matter where you’re going. This neighborhood is not far from Walmart, the Arlington Center, the North Hills Center, ECU, and the golf course though. There are also some doctor’s offices, Walgreens, and an optician very nearby."
  • Amarisshayden99
"Nice neighborhoods if you’re on the right side of town! Other than that, Great little town to live in!"
  • Kenny.mayfield
"Decent town schools and community with several events parades and special events throughout the year. Surrounding communities are also nice."
  • Clinton.d.griffin
"lots of shade to walk in whens its hot. not many other walkers to convo with. parks are pretty spaces out. no special animal parks."
  • Laurienesdahl1234
"And every Halloween we have a safe house at the agriplex it is very fun for the kids and the parents get to socialize as well. We have Ada fest and parades as well we have several festivals and shopping days on Main Street our farmers market is growing every year"
  • Rick S.
"All of the houses are rental houses. people move in and out every month. Houses are ludicrously expensive here and no jobs that pay enough to afford to buy one. "
  • Dawson.kristina
"ada has a growing drug usage problem. The local law enforcement is working day and night to fight against it. "
  • Jacob G.
"Very fast, hardly any traffic even during lunch. I go to college and then to work within 5 mins. And anyone I know that lives across town at most is a 10 minute commute."
  • Alexislynn9.30
"we do not have neighborhood events it is a very "Jeep to yourself neighborhood" .Nobody really talks to eachother we just go on with our lives . I don't really ever see my neighbors unless they get out of their car to go inside."
