Outside there is a wonderful covered patio that takes advantage of the spectacular view. The roof was just replaced, HVAC is train unit that's only about 2 years old and there is literally nothing to do except move in! Convenient to Fort Oglethorpe and Downtown Chattanooga!

    "The busy streets, cars drive way too fast on and there no side walks. in this sounding neighborhood there are no dog parks within close range. the closest dog park is in the next little town over and it isn't very big, no shade in the summer and the water for the dogs in right when you walk in and it causes mud puddles, so your dog will need a bath after going there."
