Street side parking available. The space has a mini-fridge, sink, and the ability to use multiple countertop cooking appliances (that can be provided). No washer/dryer in the space but use of home washer/dryer can be discussed. Large windows let in plenty of natural lighting. Nicely decorated space with laminate wood flooring. Non-smoking home with 2 small cats. Use of back covered patio space and backyard, to include use of grill, is available.

House is no smoking.
We can discuss a pet exemption but it's doubtful it will be a fit with our 2 present house cats.
Lease duration is negotiable but our preference is month to month.
Household is neatly kept and well-maintained which is the expectation of the tenant, as well.
One, on-street parking spot is available.
