I'm looking to sublease my 170 sq ft private room in a spacious 900 sq ft 3bd/1ba apartment, available now as I'll be away for an internship. The apartment is bright and fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, and all the essentials like a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.

It's in a fantastic location, less than a 5-minute walk to Ashby BART station, buses to San Francisco and the UC Berkeley campus, and close to Berkeley Bowl and many restaurants. You can bike to Downtown Berkeley and the UC campus in around 10-15 minutes, and there's easy access to the freeway. The property is fenced, with parking spaces and an outdoor patio area. This is an ideal spot for a young professional or student seeking a quiet, comfortable space.

Available now through July 2025, with some flexibility and the possibility of extension. Rent is approximately $1100 per month, plus utilities (total around $1200). The two other housemates are in their mid-twenties: one is a PhD student at Berkeley, and the other is a young working professional who graduated from Berkeley. I have been living with them for over 3 years and both are very chill, quiet, and easy to live with.
