It is located in a quiet area away from Ygnacio with friendly neighbors.
The complex has a private gate that you can use to walk to Heather Farms (playground, pool, soccer field, etc).
The property is located walking distance to shopping center, public transportation, and Walnut Creek schools.

This house was never intended to be a rental.
This is a two story property detached on three sides consisting of four bedrooms / two and a half bathrooms.

Second floor: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

First floor: Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Half bathroom, Bedroom, Backyard.

    "Lots of people walk their dogs in neighborhoods. A handful of nice dog parks. Handful of open spaces with specific areas you can let your dog off leash. Unfortunately not everyone respects this rule so I’ve seen awful situations where some dogs are on leash and some are not. The dogs on leash are threatened because they’re leashed and bad situations arise. Also, many people don’t clean up after their dogs. Disrespectful and entitled people exist. This area is not immune to that. "
