About this House

Charming, updated building within walking distance of downtown Birmingham. The kitchen is complete with white Merillat cabinets, GE appliances, and many have cherry hardwood flooring; Berber carpet, basements with washer and dryer connections; central air, vertical blinds, custom moldings, professionally managed and maintained. Our units at Maple Road Townes all offer updated kitchens with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, central air and heating, a private entrance, porches, and a shared yard. The 1-bedroom Townhouse has a private basement with their own washer/dryer hook-up. We can provide a washer and dryer for an additional $40/ month if you do not have your own.

The base rent price includes cold water, sewage, and trash removal. We require you to make 3x the base rent price to be considered, and to be able to pass a credit check. No minimum credit required, but credit must be in good standing. The deposit is 1 month's rent, and we require a $100 holding deposit with the application to run a credit check and verify income. That $100 is then applied to your total deposit if you are approved to move in.

Cats allowed, with a maximum of 1 per residence. Requires a $150 non-refundable pet fee, and then an additional $20/month pet privilege fee as well. Fees do not apply to service animals.

We also offer 1 additional parking spot for $10/month and we can provide a washer and dryer for a fee of $40/month if you do not have your own.
