"This part of Rio Vista is too busy, too many cars driving too fast. Close to Federal Highway with a lot of homeless around. "

"We live here and have lived here for roughly 33 years. This is perhaps the finest family neighborhood in all of Fort Lauderdale. Rio Vista has a charm not duplicated, older homes each different, some are newer, but all special. Virtually downtown yet apart of the hustle, secure, very well policed, safe, terrific schools nearby, shopping of every kind only a few blocks, yet you are is a very quiet safe environment."
