"There are no parks within walking distance. It is a safe neighborhood with friendly people. The school district is a far drive, but the high school is good. There are no public pools, but the backyards are spacious. There is a lot of car traffic and kids play in the street often, so it is important to watch them continuously. "

"Open space for a dog to run and play. Need to be careful of the wild animals (coyotes, bobcats, cougars, etc. ) if they love their pets. Wild animals love domesticated animals for their meals!"
