The Pelican Guest is one of two buildings on the 2 acre property. The other is the Main House. When you look at the pictures of the pool, The Pelican Guest House is the building on the right, whereas the Main House (not the rental) is on the left. It's good to emphasize that the 2 buildings are close together, but they are separate. Separate stairs. Separate entries. Separate heating/cooling. The Pelican Guest House is private / completely distinct. Both buildings have their own elevated deck looking down on the pool. These decks are connected, but there is a gate to separate the one from the other. The pool / yard / boathouse are shared spaces.
The door lock has a code that will be provided by morning of check in.
Rent: $4500 per month August - November
Rent: $4999 per month December 2025 and beyond.
includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water, high-speed internet), trash removal, and lawn care. The property is fully furnished. A security deposit of $1000 is required. A one-time cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the first month's rent. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A minimum stay of 30 nights is required. A lease agreement will be provided for tenant signature. Please inquire about discounts for stays of 3 months or longer. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
Pets must be reapproved. Pets must be kept on a lease at all time when outside. Pets not permitted in the pool area.
