All completed applications are reviewed and processed in the order received. Typical processing time is 1-2 business days, provided all required documentation has been submitted. Incomplete applications will not be processed until all requested information is received.

There is no upfront application fee while submitting the application. Applicants selected to move forward in the final screening stage will be responsible for a $50 per applicant background screening fee.

A one-time lease preparation fee of $250 plus the first month's rent is due prior to move-in. No additional monthly administrative fees unlike many property management companies.
